Registration and tuition are non refundable.
If making payments, the first payment is due with registration.
The remaining 9 payments are due on the 7-13th of each month beginning in Sept and ending in May. There is a 1 week grace period and on the 21st of each month a $10 late fee applies. There are no exceptions. Tuition is based on a season of 36 classes and when broken down into payments for your convenience, tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes in a month. (Should you discontinue classes for any reason you are not responsible for the remaining payments, but you need to notify the front desk staff so that you are not billed.)
There is a $25 returned check fee
There are no refunds or credits given for classes missed due to illness, holiday, vacation or when the studio is closed due to weather.
Make up classes are a courtesy, and if available, must be taken in the month a class is missed.
